Shipping and Cancellation Policies

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a 7 day replacement on any electronics like lights, and a 14 day replacement on any 3d printed products if your item is broken under the stores fault, and not the customers.

Cancelaction 

We offer cancelation on any orders that have NOT shipped. Email us and we will evaluate if it has shipped or not. We ship through USPS on most items and they take 1-2 days to scan and put into the system. To start a cancellation, you can contact us at mazomods@gmail.com.

Shipping

Our orders are typically process and shipped within 1-5 business days. However, orders may be subject to delay due to high order volume, supply issues, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not offer refunds or replacements on any lost mail.
